Board Resolution authorizing the signatory of the contract to transact on behalf of the corporation c. Latest Business Permit: d. BIR Registration Certificate/Form 2303 e. Trucker Registration Certificate (ACTO/CTAP) f. Credit Approval Form g. Authorized Signatory's Specimen Signature h. Two copies of government-issued IDs of Authorized Signatories i. For a long-term lease, you will be asked to provide six post-dated checks (PDCs) covering six months' rental payments.
